Our Prefolds are whitened with Hydrogen Peroxide instead of Chlorine Bleach, making this the healthy alternative to traditionally bleached prefolds! Companies such as Whole Foods Market lighten their coffee filters with Hydrogen Peroxide. They arrive flat, but fluff up after washing for maximum absorbency. Both sizes are available in Off-White.  What does off-white mean? It means they were processed once with Hydrogen Peroxide instead of twice (which would give you white), resulting in a creamy ivory color.
