Store Policies

 

1. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as the item(s) is/are unwashed, unused and tags (if applicable) are still attached.  The item(s) must also be free of any odors.  The full purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee, will be refunded (or you may have store credit with only a 5% restocking fee).  If you received a free item with your purchase, then it must be returned also, or you may purchase it at full retail price (ie. inserts).  If you received free or discounted shipping, then you are responsible for paying it, plus you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to me.  If your purchase was over $50 and was a "special order" or "drop ship" from a manufacturer, only store credit is available for returns, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to me.  (My "special order" and "drop ship" items are not always labeled as such.) 

All returns must be pre-authorized.  Please email me before you return your item(s) to receive an RMA form.  Any items returned without an RMA form will not be processed and will be returned to you at your expense.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if your payment has not been processed, and your order hasn't been packaged.  Once a payment has been processed and/or your order is packaged up, a 10% restocking fee applies.

2.  If you are returning an item that has been washed (or needs to be washed), but not used, the above applies, except the restocking fee is 35% (or store credit minus 30% restocking fee).  See above regarding shipping.  If you are returning an item that appears to have been washed, the same applies.

3.  If you are returning an item that has been washed and used (or appears to have been used), the above applies, but the restocking fee is 50% (or store credit minus 45% restocking fee).  

4.  Exchanges are welcome on never washed, never worn items, and do not incur restocking fees.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items you want to exchange back to me, and the cost of shipping the new items to you.  You do not have to pay the original shipping cost.  Exchanges also require an RMA form.

5.  Insurance on your order is optional, but highly recommended.  If you do not purchase insurance, and your package is lost, there is nothing I can do.  I ship by USPS.  Please allow up to 30 days for your package to arrive (worst case scenario).

6.  Manufacturers defects do not incur a restocking fee.  Please email me if you have a defective item and I will let you know the steps to take.  Please note that if you are buying diapers for an unborn baby, the warranty may expire before the baby even uses the diaper.  In this case, the baby's birth date or due date (whichever is first) will be used instead of the purchase date to help avoid warranty issues.  (This won't keep your warranty  from expiring if you buy larger sizes that may not be used for a year or more after your baby is born, so please keep this in mind)

7.  Specials, discounts, and free items may not be combined unless specifically stated.  Gift certificates are exempt from any discounts.

8. Layaways are welcome.  Please email me, and we can work on a payment plan to suit your budget.  If you cancel your layaway at any time, you will be refunded the amount paid with a store credit.  A cash refund will incur a 25% processing fee.

9.  Packages are mailed out within 1-3 business days after payment is received.  I process and ship orders Sunday through Thursday, and if time permits, on Fridays.  My local post office cannot overnight packages outside the state of AZ.  If you would like your package overnighted, please let me know (you will be responsible for the cost) and I can ship it Fed EX or UPS.

10.  International customers are welcome.  Certain countries I will not ship to though.  I'm sure you can figure them out.  Shipping charges will be added to your order when I process your payment.   I ship by United States Postal Service Priority Mail International.  If it is cheaper, and your order will fit, I can send it in a flat rate box (rates are different for each country).  International shipping is not cheap.  Please click here to find your estimated shipping costs.   Choose your country in the pull down list.  Estimate the weight of your package (1 Fuzzi Bunz diaper with insert weighs 4 ounces, 1 diaper cover weighs 3 ounces, etc).  Decide if the amount of (estimated) shipping is worth it.  I will let you know how much your shipping comes to when I process your payment.  I cannot label your package "gift".   You are responsible for any customs or duty charges.  I do not accept returns or issue refunds on packages refused due to high duty or tax charges.

11.  Payment is welcomed by credit card, PayPal, certified check, or money order.  Checks/MO's must be received within 7 days, or your order will be cancelled.  Orders paid by regular checks will be held for 20 business days to ensure the check clears.  There are no exceptions to this.  Bounced checks will incur a $25 fee, and payment will be due by PayPal, or credit card only.  If you need help setting up a PayPal account, please let me know. 

12.  I now accept  RME  payments.  If you would like help setting up an RME account, please email me.  RME payments are due within 48 hours.  If I have not received your RME payment within 48 hours, and you have not contacted me, your order will be cancelled.  Items are not taken out of inventory until your invoice has been paid.  So it may happen that something you ordered, which was in stock at the time you ordered it, is no longer in stock once you have paid your RME invoice.  If this occurs, you will be refunded with store credit for the price of the item(s) no longer in stock.  Any RME invoice not paid after 14 days, even with prior approval, will be cancelled.  I send out reminders for payment once per week.  Any questions, please email me.
