rockin-green-shake My product suggestion for this week: Rockin’ Green Shake It Up! Pail Freshener.

Sometimes even the greatest diaper pail can’t prevent that notorious smell from escaping into your laundry room. When it happens at my house, I sprinkle a little of Rockin’ Green’s Pail Freshener on dirty diapers and it quickly eliminates most of the “grunge” from the smell of the pail. Try it out at home!

A stay at home mother has created a fantastic seminar on cloth diapering through YouTube. In the first several videos, the host covers folding techniques and the different kinds of cloth diapers, while in the latter segments, she presents washing methods and detergent choices. Part one of this excellent amateur seminar starts here.

celerypailliner My product suggestion for this week: Wahmies Diaper Pail Liners.

I’ve mentioned the need for an excellent Diaper Pail liner in several of my blog posts on cloth diaper washing methods. The Wahmies liner fits most typical kitchen trash cans, and includes a special patch of fabric on which you can put a few drops of tea tree oil, or other fragrance to keep diaper odors at bay. When it’s time to wash, you can empty dirty diapers into the wash and then toss the liner in there right along with the diapers.
